About This Project
All of the elements were considered for the communal lounge; wood , water, metal and stone. We began the design process with the artist, Jeff Brosk.
The piece of carved ebony echoes the imageof the Hudson river below.
The dynamic cantilevered pool table is front and center. Areas are assigned for conversation, TV viewing, dining and relaxing with a tropical fish tank.
The Knoll chairs circle round the faceted metal table with traces of art from England.
The finishing touch of the Roll and Hill branch light fixture and landscape printed on wood complete the space. It is all about the elements of wood
from the pattern in the carpet to the finish of the hand brushed Cerused oak panels.
